How can the "100 Club" make you a part of Penn State Wrestling History?
A book celebrating One Hundred Years of Penn State Wrestling will be published by the Penn State Wrestling Club at the end of the
2007-2008 wrestling season.
You can be part of that history by being listed on a page thanking contributors to: "The One Hundred Club."
We invite all Penn State Wrestling fans to join. Individual and family memberships will be $100 - no more, no less.
A family name can be listed with up to
six first names. Each membership will
get one copy of the book. The book will
be enshrined in the Penn State Library,
the Penn State Sports Museum, and
other libraries. It will be sold to others
at a projected cost of $20
Why just $100 - no more, no less -
for each membership? The symbolism
is obvious. But there's another motive.
Not every Penn State fan, or PSWC Club
member, or wrestler and wrestling family
can be a major donor - to, for instance,
the Penn State Wrestling Endowment,
or the new Lorenzo Wrestling Complex
in Rec Hall, or to endowed scholarships.
But many other Lion wrestling fans
also deserve to be permanently identifi
ed with a program they have long and
generously supported - as former team
members, as Club members, as loyal
attendees at Penn State matches for
many years, as modest but steady
donors, and as hardworking volunteers
at Club and wrestling events. So if you'd
like to be permanently identified among
such backers of Penn State Wrestling
and also help support our celebration of
its history, here's your chance.
Note: We will solicit no one individually. So if you want to be included, simply send your check to: Connie Christiansen, Chair
of the PSWC's 100th Year Celebration Committee, 1155 Smithfield St., State College, PA, 16801.
Note: Memberships will be accepted until April 15, 2008. You may purchase the book after this date, but you must purchase a membership
by this date in order for your name to be printed in the book.

The Centennial Committee works to prepare the Centennial Book.
